unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, natural
disasters, or customs delays.
We
do not guarantee specific delivery times for standard services. For
time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend using our express or guaranteed
services.

Liability and Insurance

Limited Liability
Pacify
Rapid Transit will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe and
timely delivery of your shipments. However, we are not liable for any loss,
damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not

Insurance Coverage
We
provide limited liability coverage for loss or damage to shipments up to

Payment Terms

booking unless otherwise arranged.

Invoicing for Business Accounts
For
businesses with a pre-approved account, invoices will be issued at the end of
each billing cycle. Payment is due within 30 days of the
invoice date unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.
8.3.
Late Payments
Any
unpaid balances after the due date will incur late fees of [Insert Percentage]

days of the scheduled delivery date.
