4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information when scheduling a delivery or using our services, including correct addresses, package descriptions, and contact details. Pacify Rapid Transit is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

4.2. Package Preparation

It is your responsibility to properly package and label items for shipping. This includes:

  • Ensuring packages are securely sealed and protected.
  • Affixing all necessary labels and documentation for delivery or customs clearance.

We reserve the right to refuse pickup if we deem the packaging to be unsafe, inadequate, or non-compliant with industry standards.

4.3. Compliance with Laws

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to customs regulations, export controls, and laws regarding prohibited or restricted items.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not accept shipments containing certain prohibited items, which include (but are not limited to):

  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or explosives
  • Hazardous materials
  • Stolen goods
  • Perishable goods without proper handling instructions

If a prohibited item is discovered, Pacify Rapid Transit reserves the right to refuse service, confiscate the item, or report the incident to the relevant authorities.

6. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to meet all delivery timeframes as specified when you book a service. However, all delivery dates and times are estimates and are subject to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, natural disasters, or customs delays.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times for standard services. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend using our express or guaranteed services.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1. Limited Liability

Pacify Rapid Transit will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your shipments. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (natural disasters, extreme weather, etc.)
  • Public authorities (customs hold, security issues, etc.)
  • Accidents or mishaps beyond our control during transit

7.2. Insurance Coverage

We provide limited liability coverage for loss or damage to shipments up to [Insert Limit] per shipment, unless you purchase additional insurance coverage. If you wish to insure your shipment beyond the standard coverage, please inquire about our enhanced insurance options before placing your order.

If your shipment is lost or damaged, you must file a claim within 30 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Please contact claims@pacifyrapidtransit.com to initiate a claim, and we will assist you with the process.

8. Payment Terms

8.1. Payment Methods

We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. You agree to pay all fees associated with your shipment at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

8.2. Invoicing for Business Accounts

For businesses with a pre-approved account, invoices will be issued at the end of each billing cycle. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.

8.3. Late Payments

Any unpaid balances after the due date will incur late fees of [Insert Percentage] per month until the balance is paid in full. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services or referral to a collections agency.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

9.1. Cancellation

You may cancel your service request at any time prior to pickup without incurring any charges. However, if the cancellation occurs after the courier has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

9.2. Refunds

Refunds are available in cases of service failure or non-delivery, excluding reasons beyond our control such as recipient unavailability or incorrect address details. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@pacifyrapidtransit.com within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Pacify Rapid Transit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
